Requirement:
Before installing High-Velocity, make sure you have these:
A kernel with init.d support
Gingerbread 2.3, Stock or Custom
At least 2mb free space in your system partition
At least 1-5mb free space in your data partition
Clockworkmod 5.x +
Installation:
Download “High.Velocity-1.0Beta.zip”
Copy the zip to the root of your SD Card
Reboot in Recovery mode by pressing vol up+home+Power button together once you enter recovery mode touch screen become function-less so use volume up and down to move up and down, home button for selection and power as back button.
Now in recovery mode select "apply update from sdcard" and navigate to the root directory of sd card and select cwm file "cwm-madteam-galaxY.zip" this will take you to clockworkMod Recovery.
Mount System
Now select "install zip from sd" and then choose High.Velocity-1.0Beta.zip and select yes.
Reboot
You’re Done!
