Download mod zip here and copy to SD card
Boot into Recovery [VOL UP+HOME BUTTON+POWER BUTTON for 5sec]
Go to apply update from sd->choose CWM(if you don't have - download here)
Then go to mounts and storage->mount data/system
Then go to install zip from SD card->choose mod zip
Wait to finish
Reboot Phone
